Classic 30m Retractable Hose Reel | Beige Reviews

I bought two of these and they are great (front and rear yards). Areas for improvement: For the front yard Hose Reel I have to attach and remove it from the bracket for each use. It would be great if a lockable device was available as an accessory to insert into the pin hole so that I could leave it in place.

Both Customer Service and the Auto Hose Reel exceeded our expectations. We both find it easy to use and the rewind mechanism is smooth and effective. With a 30m length of hose on this reel I was somewhat apprehensive, when placing the order, as to whether or not my wife would have the strength to use it - given we have ANOTHER BRANDS much smaller auto unit, which she does have trouble using - not so with Hoselink, absolutely delighted with it. Fitting instructions and ALL components were clear, precise but above all quality. We were kept informed of what was happening (and when) all along the delivery process - with any delays in delivery explained and revised dates advised. Great to see an Aussie company delivering such fantastic products and excellent customer service.

I have used various other rewind hoses which i purchased from major hardware chain Bunnings, and have returned them in disgust due to the fact that they are not lasting out in our Australian conditions. Then my father let me know about Hoselink after seeing their ad on TV. I ordered it online and it came fairly quickly. Finally got around to installing it at the beginning of my holidays and have been using it on a daily basis. It makes watering the gardens so easy! The burst proof connectors are so easy to use and the hand held spray gun is excellent quality with so many settings for water dispersion. My father in law also came over on the holidays and he loved it so much he is now getting one for his birthday next month. A highly recommended product designed to suit our aussie conditions.

My wife spent some time talking me into buying the Hoselink set but finally i gave in and am very impressed by how solid it is and how well it works. I bought the 30mtr hose with attachments and can now go everywhere from the one tap with no kinks and it all goes back in its box when finished. Great product.

No complaints. We first say the demo at the Aust Fld Day at Orange in 2012. When we saw it again, we immediately ordered the 20 mtr model which can reach anywhere on our land. It has been secured to a wall and locked for safety and the nozzle is removed and locked away until next usage. The retraction works quite satisfactorily. We have not made much use of the long nozzle but are aware of its capabilitiess

Installed my hoselink 30m reel on the weekend and couldnt be happier with my purchase. Ive already used it to wash my motorcycle and water the lawn. Best feature is quick the quick tidy up so now my dog cant chew the hose.

We have spent quite a lot over the years on all kinds of garden hoses. Now however, we finally have one that we both are happy with! The entire unit is of high quality, but for me the best bit is the built in 'laziness helper'. I would always hate trying to get a stubborn garden hose, all covered in mud and grass clippings, to wind itself back onto the holder or plastic reel. I'd often just leave it lying around, which looked awful and really annoyed the other half. Now I just have to walk the hose back in, and the clever little mechanism inside the unit does all of the work for me. One things that would improve the unit is a second base mount being included. I know you can buy them separately, and I did try to find them on the site when I initially made my purchase, but had no luck. Do buy a second base unit though, because you'll end up throwing out all of your old, useless hoses, and will want to cart the new one around to different locations in the garden.
