“We have spent quite a lot over the years on all kinds of garden hoses. Now however, we finally have one that we both are happy with! The entire unit is of high quality, but for me the best bit is the built in 'laziness helper'. I would always hate trying to get a stubborn garden hose, all covered in mud and grass clippings, to wind itself back onto the holder or plastic reel. I'd often just leave it lying around, which looked awful and really annoyed the other half. Now I just have to walk the hose back in, and the clever little mechanism inside the unit does all of the work for me. One things that would improve the unit is a second base mount being included. I know you can buy them separately, and I did try to find them on the site when I initially made my purchase, but had no luck. Do buy a second base unit though, because you'll end up throwing out all of your old, useless hoses, and will want to cart the new one around to different locations in the garden.”

There have been a couple of issues that have been promptly addressed and we say thank you - nothing is too much trouble and if a defect is found, the item has been replaced.
