“Unfortunately I thought hose came with a hose.,directions for resemble Are not very clear and did not have connecter with it .partly my fault for not checking order properly. Need to b much clearer with directions have not put together yet”

“This is a great product where a wall mounted hose reel does not suit. It provides a neat solution to storing a garden hose and solves the problem of avoiding getting the hose in a tangle when putting it away. The winder on the side of the unit makes winding in the hose fast and easy. It would be good if you could reverse the side on which the handle is located. However, this is a minor inconvenience.”
