An idea would be to add a note in the packaging to give the web address where the instructions can be found or where the videos can be viewed. They are EXCELLENT - very clear & easy to follow. “I bought this Hose reel box to clean up the mess that used to occur because I was too lazy to put the hose back on the hanger after using it. Construction is very simple & took only about a minute. Connecting my own hose was easy and within a couple of minutes of taking the reel out of the box, it was connected & reeled in. When reeling in, the guide moves back & forth to lay the hose evenly on the reel and without twists. I loaded 30m of hose onto this reel, but looking in the box when fully reeled in, it could probably take a larger hose.The beauty of this reel is that I can move it to other taps to cover the watering needs of the whole yard.The only negative is that I wish this reel came with a hose stop.”
