“The hose rarely kinks and the head has perfect flow. Great! However, the metal box handle doesn't wind easily and the hose kinks cutting off the water supply. It’s a really disappointing product that I’ve been using for five months but just want to throw away. The metal box also gets burning hot to touch in summer.”

“We have a beach front unit with a very large balcony....the normal hose was exposed to the elements and was damaged. The Hose link Hose Reel Box is a God send !....the hose is light enough for me to drag it across the balcony and it is protected in the box when not used. I have covered it with some waterproof material and I am hoping it will serve me for many years. Great idea for units ! Would recommend a weather proof cover as an accessory.”

“Great for keeping the hose in a tidy spot. Not as flexible as the wall mounted self retracting units. The box will stop extension at certain angles which can become frustrating., however the winding roll up is good..
Really like the new hand held nozzle and water turn off device
Overall a happy returning customer.”
