“Dear Sir/ Madam, I had reason to complain about the wand that I had purchased as it was leaking and the top part was very loose. You did replace the item and I am grateful for that as you stand behind your products. After my initial complaint I asked my husband to take a look and we found that the top had not been tightened properly hence the leakage. As this would be a quality control problem maybe better checks shoukld be made before sending the item out. I am still very happy with your products and will continue to support.
