“I purchased thus as I had purchased the one with two outlets previously. However , I had a great deal of trouble with this. 4 outlet tap. I was not able to turn any of the black handles upon receiving. I tried to loosen the screws, but it seems to not be that effective. Some of them are still stuck.”
“This is my second one and same problem. The connector and ball fall off and out when unscrewing and disconnecting hose. Had to disconnect attachment to stop leaks. Problem is connector part [attached photo] requires some sort of tool to reattach, also very difficult to remove from plastic tap connection, without destroying both parts. Now I am back to square one, no way to operate my sprinkler systems and back to hand watering. Very upsetting as we have been been modelling our whole garden setup around Hoselink. Had a cheap one from Bunnings that lasted longer, but wanted to stick with Hoselink, now my wife wants me to go back to Bunnings, very frustrating.”
“Brass hose connector is really good.One thing though I did buy the sprinkler as well. Very well built but it doesn't spray out nearly as far as I thought it would and will probably have to buy something else now. 2.5m radius isn't even close to what I was hoping.”
