I have used one for several years with no problems at all.I purchased 2 more for my tennis club and they are doing a fine job.The reason I purchased this one recently was because the top part where it screws together snapped. After I’d ordered and paid for it I realised it was probably still under warranty. It was I emailed Hoselink next morning with photos included and date of purchase. I go an instant response saying they were more than happy to refund the one I’d just purchased. The credit was back in my account within hoursHoselink continue to provide the most professional and friendly service. Many a company would do well to take a big leaf out of their book on how to provide brilliant service to their customers”
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your 4-Way Tap Adapter. With this product, you do use the on/off valves to control the flow therefore, there is constantly water sat within the product. This means, the metal will expand and contract which will eventually lead the product to crack. For areas which experience colder weather, we do recommend our Easy Turn 2-Way Tap Adapter as we have not experienced the same problems with this unit. Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
