“In general, Very Good. The first 4-way Brass Tap Adapter leaked on the fourth outlet. I rang the Service Number, the guy who answered the phone couldnt have been more helpful. There was no problem getting it replaced and it arrived less than a week later. My only complaint would be that the black buttons that you use to turn individual taps on and off are extremely stiff. Hard when you have arthritis in the hands. Over time I am sure they will 'unstiffen'.”

“The shut off valves leak unfortunately, and are very difficult out to turn. So, not 100% pleased with this product. I have a neta brass 4 way on my apple orchard, and this doesn’t have the same issue. Valves are solid and completely shut off the water.”
