“Difficult to use and understand. Not being able to use it. Setting the timer was painfull to set and to slow. Will not be fitting it to my taps. Probably bin it. A waste of money”

“This was a great product which worked extremely well when it was working but mine failed not long after the warranty period. I had it in use for 14 months so unable to claim on the 12 month warranty- I didn’t even need to replace the batteries before it malfunctioned. I have a number of hoselink products and cannot fault them, so I expected the quality of this product to be greater than surviving just past the warranty period. Hopefully future models are built better to last longer and protect the batteries from water which is what I suspect was the demise of my unit given the rust found inside.”

“I set my hose tap timer up.Set the times ready to water and yes all went went.BUT, if you want to use manual operation that’s when the problem started.I’ve removed it now because it’s just too difficult.”
