“As I have been a customer of Hoselink for quite a few years and have purchased 5 hosereels for my property, the first hosereel I purchased was the best and is still working perfectly. The first hosereel was of the old design. Perhaps the new design has not been a success. The other 4 unfortunately I have experienced, internal leaking and retracting issues, which is most unfortunate as you do have a good product as in your hose connectivity. It is a shame that it appears not to be possible or easy to repair a simple leak internally now. I like to buy Australian products and will continue where possible.”

“Excellent product. Feels solid and built to last.The mechanical seal on my unit “let go” prematurely. I suspect because I pulled the hose off the reel while under full pressure. I strongly suspect that the product is not really designed to do this??Can you please advise. I’m currently rolling out and reeling in without any pressure in the hose. Don’t recall seeing anything in writing to this effect.”
“I ordered two spares kits for a trigger hose. Two packets were delivered. One was missing parts so I phoned and the missing parts were delivered within two days. While I was disappointed that the first order was short, I was pleased that I was able to contact someone who immediately resolved the issue. Not every order or transaction goes perfectly; being able to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue is the true test of an organisation’s effectiveness. The parts fitted well and the trigger nozzle works as good as ever. So well done Hoselink!”
