“It has been a very good product and love the fittings that don't keep blowing off the hose had a small issue with retract part of the reel but was fixed under warranty no problems. Would recommend this product and will be getting more at a later date.”
“It works well.But I have one problem. I rang up about it and was sent a hose link frame. This was not the problem. Everything was assembled except for the wheels. The instructions said I would need 2 wheels, 2 sleeves. The wheels were there but the third packet had been ripped open.There was no sleeves to insert into the wheel . At the moment the assembled hose sits on a rubber mat. Can you send me what I need to add the wheels to the cart. At some time you can pick up the reel you sent me. Thanks. Pets.”
“The cog inside the RH unit had broken causing the layering operation not to work. We contacted Mark and subsequently dropped the unit off footprints repair.We were very impressed with the turn around as it was done over the Christmas break. The unit was returned to us free of charge. Thank you for the quick response and turn around.”
“Hoselink should get a huge pat on the back for the service given. A hose reel purchased six years ago failed when the return spring broke. I was told to return it to Hoselink which I did. On receiving the hose reel I was informed that it was in worse condition than had been expected therefor it was to be replaced with a demo model at no charge. This is the type of service we all wish for but never receive. I have since received the hose reel and have told all how good Hoselink are. Thanks”
