“I bought an evolve as soon as they wre released and found it had a fault with it. After talking with hoselink online, they sent me a new evolve hose reel and asked me to return the faulty one at their cost. I did this and received my replacement reel within the week and it works perfectly. As with all my hoselink products I have no complaints and would recommend hoselink to all avid gardeners. I must say their customer service is also exceptional and prompt.

“We have 3 acres in the Hunter Valley. Our summers can be hot and dry creating a need for hoses throughout our gardens. We have tried all the popular brand retractable hoses and all have eventually failed (some in a very short space of time). Three years ago we purchased a 30m hoselink which sits in the sun most of the day, but continues to perform brilliantly and without fault. Another 20m big brand hose retraction keeps jamming, so we just replaced it too. Yes, they cost a little more, but we have learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. As each of our hoses fail, they will all be replaced by hoselink.”
