“Could not be happier with my Evolve Retractable Hose Reel. Every but worth the extra money. The water pressure hasn't dropped unlike with another brand I use in the backyard which is one of the main reasons for choosing HoseLink for the front yard. Also the hose reel mounting post is a winner. Easy to install and far better design to others I considered. Only criticism - a snap conector not included for existing sprinklers. I had to buy seperately and pay as much for postage as the conector.”
“Now that we have our 2 full-functioning hose reels up and running, we're really loving them. I must say though that I has been a very disappointing purchacing experience. We bought two reels (plus number of accessories). One worked as expected, the other busted it's guts on first use (a component held together with srews had one that had a broken thread and had popped out - result, water spurted everywhere). I was okay about going to trouble of taking the reel to the post office to return it (with the return label sent), but had no box because we'd also paid Hoselink to have our reels installed and the installer had disposed of the boxes (therefore not having box to return it in). Hoselink therefore sent me the replacement first (with a view to packing the faulty one in the box it came in). To my absoluted dismay, however, the replacement had the same fault!!!! After expressing me annoyance to the customer service person about the hassle this was causing me (we don't have a car, the reel is heavy and it'd be a burden to take it to the post office), Hoselink got Australia Post to pick up the first one up. While I was willing to go to the trouble of taking the first one to the post office, this time I am not so willing with the second. I expect Hoselink to come to the party and get Australia Post to pick up the second faulty one as well. I have email Hoselink to say that it is ready for collection and have not heard back from them. Not good Hoselink. I really love your product, but you have to up your game on customner service.”
“We bought three hoselink reels a long while back - maybe even 10 years ago…they have recently reached the end of their lives but the quality of the units was obvious and the value for money therefore was great. I have recently bought three replacements - they look nice and do the job but the drop off in build quality compared the the originals is very clear. Time will tell how these go, but I’d be very surprised if they go the distance as the materials and construction are a clear step down unfortunately.”

“After years of watching the ads we finally decided to get one. It does randomly leak from box. We know it’s not the hose itself. It just seems to drip from inside box.”
“We bought two charcoal houses costing around 300 bucks each. One works beautifully in the second one was 40. Return was easy because we live near distributor. However, naturally disappointed a hose that cost near 300 bucks the connectors were faulty. Quality control perhaps could be a little better.
Overall, very happy with the hoses and they've made using them so much easier.”

“My wife Joannie had been struggling with the standard reels. Hard to pull out and difficult
to retract. Meaning she would leave the hose lying on the ground rather than battle to put it away and redraw it later.
The Hoselink has proved to be so much better. It is smooth to pull out and redraw and I no longer
trip over a hose lying on the ground:-) Thank you.
Also the hose/fittings are watertight. These days with water restrictions, even a small leak is wasteful and costly. Thank you again.”
