“We love our old shorter hose link reels, bought the longer 30m evolve to overcome some distance issues. The 1st one we bought, virtually 'out of the box' it weeped internally and the re-wind mechanisim didnt functional properly, appeared as if the timing had slipped. Got it replaced under warranty (cant speak highly enough of the warranty department). Now the 2nd one appears to be having similar issues, have doubts about its longevity”
