The 30m reel is a waste of money as it's the worst quality hose for kinking, being 30m long that's just rubbish. Regretful purchase and do not recommend.”

“The hose is very easy to use and reaches every part of our garden. With our old hose, we had to return to the hose reel to release extra length and it kept bending and kinking and stopping the flow. Now we gently pull the length we need and if we need more, just pull. No more bending and kinking.
And to retract the hose, it just needs a gentle tug and it will rewind itself.
We should have bought one of these years ago.”
