“First of all, I was sent a black one NOT a beige one. Secondly the actual hose is thinner than my old one, kinks and gets caught on the plants and is driving me mad. The reason I had to buy a replacement is because the spring broke and the hose would not retract. Your helpline informed me that there was nothing I could do other than buy a replacement. I also tried to take advantage of one of your sale offers but could not work out where to add the code. I emailed asking for the code to be applied after I had paid and was told I couldnt. I AM MOST UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE. NOR WILL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES AFTER HEARING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.”
