“We have three of the earlier model hoselink reels. On this occasion we decided to go with the newer Evolve model. We are very happy. It is an advancement of the earlier model, it pulls out and retracts very smoothly. The new trigger on the gun is an improvement.”

“I've unfortunately had issues with 2 brand new evolve hose reels and am on the third one in a very short time. The first one I came home to a flooded lawn after the plastic molding broke on the seal and water leaked all over the yard. The second the retracting spring had an awful sound. They were both replaced and hoselink have great warranty, but to me it looks like they tried to cut costs compared to the classic and it shows in the plastic quality and the reliability. My classic was years old and I never had any issues.”

“The product is good and gone are the clunky mechanics of hose reals. This is by far the smoothest and retracts properly EVERY time. My only problem was the tap adapter leaked, and I spent considerable time chasing a problem that has never existed before. Eventually I gave up and put a new one on from parts I had .. problem solved!”
