“Considering I have bought in turtle and including for my family, nine reels over the years I would’ve expected a bigger discount than the standard. This is my only disappointment. I spent a fortune with this company and I’ve been loyal for 14 years, but the discounts horrible I would expect more from my loyalty that’s what’s disappointing.”

“I love the quality of not only the hose reel but also the connections and accessories, very happy with everything and thinking about getting another one soon.”
“Both hose reels were professionally installed and both leak water from within when being used. Have checked the connection from the tap to the hose reel and fitting appears loose. Even when held firmly in place was is still leaking from somewhere within and running out of the bottom of the casing. I thought maybe they were not installed properly both both leaking but not sure now they have been checked and still leaking”
