“I purchased this hose reel recently as I was having difficulty manually winding up my long hose each time I used it. I like how you can walk to wherever you want to use it and it locks into place, which takes the tension away from my arms. I love the ease with which I can now let it wind itself up after use. It has an amazingly strong spring mechanism and it doesn't get tangled at all. We love it so much we will purchase another one for the front yard soon.”
