“Having been involved in the turf industry for many years, no hose setup is comparable to the quality you get with the Hoselink hose reel. I have 2 units at home personally and have just purchased the new Evolve version for my Mother. I want to upgrade to the new model but because of the outstanding craftsmanship of the Hoselink reels, I will be waiting along time for the old version to fail.”

“I replaced my classic with the evolve, installed it, came home that afternoon to water all over the front yard. The weak little cover plate cap near the hose connection just blew off and wasted a couple of thousands of litres of water. Hose link were great in getting a replacement sent out right away. Now the replacement unit has a horrible sound when dispensing or retracting hose. It's still working, but based on the noise I'm not sure for how long. I'm careful with my gear and for the price of these things I expect better. The general quality of the plastics, fit and finish seem a step behind the classic too, too much cost cutting.”
