“I have bought several retractable hose reels from hoselink over several years and decided to purchase one of their new evolve models. Disappointed that it leaked from the outset. I was directed to a YouTube clip as to the actions I needed to take to fix the leak. (Disassemble the fitting, cut the hose squarely and rejoin).
I would have expected a new hose to be leak free out of the box”

It’s a solidly constructed hose reel with a very positive but dampened retraction system.
I am impressed that the hose lays true when retracted which has been a problem with other systems I’ve previously purchased.
