“This reel is an improvement as it can be repaired much easier (our old one doesn’t lock and continually retracts). We have noticed that the actual hose and sprayer are not as good quality as the old one.”
“My (one day old) unit blew out the side and leaked water for hours over the front driveway. It was replaced by hoselink, although it speaks to the build quality of the new model. It just seems to be built with more flimsy plastics, and the sides pop off when you barely touch them. It does retract really well, so theres that. For the price they charge, I expect better.”

We're glad to hear that the retracting feature is working well for you, but we're truly sorry to learn about your experience with the leak in the side of the unit.
