“Hi, I find the water pressure that comes out of the hose is half the pressure that comes out of the tap without the hose attached . Not the best hose I’ve used .”
Hi Jamie, I am sorry you have had this issue. With any retractable hose reel regardless of the brand the pressure does drop due to the way the water has to travel. “Three weeks to have it delivered 4 phone calls to the main office after every call I was told it was coming in the next couple of days,service terrible I won’t comment on the hose. I would not buy from hoselink again because of their service ever again.”
I am sorry you had this issue Debar! We have had some delivery issues, which have now been rectified. “This is my fourth hoselink. The other three are the classic version. I think teh overall design of teh Evolve is better but I had teh following issues with my new purchase
1. leaks from the hose joining the tap ... and this is on the hoselink side of teh connection. not a big leak but it does leak
2. leaks from the connection within the reel unit. not greatly but i notice dripping coming from teh base of the reel unit
3. the side panels used for some form of maintenance come open way to easy. i grab the reel to swing it and teh side panels pop open”

“Bought for a smaller female to water a large garden, loves how easy to pull out and retract. Another bonus is the water is not hot coming out to scorch the plant leaves, and saves tank water, loves it.”

Sometimes it doesn't retract fully , play with it and it will retract. Apart from that all works good .”
“The mounting screws and plastic expanders do not hold the weight of the retractable hose reel when full of water. I had to use metal expanders to mount it safely on a brick wall. Best not to include anything if it is not going to do the job”

“With 3 hoses needed to reach various areas of our garden, we were constantly untangling and trying to wind our previous hoses on to their wall mounts. It was tedious to say the least.
They finally got the better of my husband (even though I do most of the watering) and he decided enough was enough. Having purchased numerous Solar Lights from Hoselink and knowing the exceptional customer service they provide, I jumped straight on to the website and we now have 3 new Evlolve Retractable Hose Reels. I can not recommend them highly enough - watering is now an absolute breeze and with the additional sprinkler accessories, maintaining the garden is no longer a chore.
