“I am impressed with the quality of the product and the fact that HOSELINK even supplied a philips head screw driver attachment for installing the mounting screws. Also the mounting screws are stainless steel which is a must for where I live.
My only drawback is that the 30metre hose reel I purchased does not retract the hose without my assistance when there is over 15metres extened out from the hose reel. My thought are that the weight of the hose filled with water is to heavy for the unit to retract by itself.
I dont know know if there is any adjustment for this???”

“Recently bought the new evolve 30m hose reel in Charcoal. I have used it approximately 5 times now where i have pulled the hose out to near it's full extent. I have found that it retracts to within 2 metres and tends to stop. I then have to pull it out a few more metres and carefully feed it back in. I'm a little disappointed as I thought the new design would not have this problem that I have encountered with the old style reel. Currently our 2 X old style reels, retract better than the new one unfortunately.”
