“Did not get warm after 45 seconds, had to microwave it for 3 mins. Also had sharp wooden chips that would poke out. I assume it's part of the stuffing.”
“I was super excited to use my product and it arrived defective. As soon as i opened it, the seeds fell out of the inside. Now have to go through the trouble of returning it!”
“Pros: Herbal scent is very nice. Cover is comfy and soft. Blue color is pretty, though not an important factor for me. Good amount of moisture when heated. Cons: Returned, because the wrap just did not get warm enough for me, and the minimal warmth dissipated very quickly, lasting barely 10 minutes. I increased heating time incrementally, and also tried flipping it halfway through heating. The wrap seemed to be under-filled, in my opinion. I also did not like that I had to heat it on a plate. I might have kept the wrap if it had cost $19.99, but at $32.99, I expect better performance.”
