“First...my dearest friend developed this product, just to know. It's really comfortable and large without being clumsy, so you can use it for heating or cooling any part of you. I heated mine a few times in the microwave for 2 minutes, and the heat is moist and lasts nicely. However, what I enjoy most about this product is it covers and heats the neck completely, back and front. I say wow! If you enjoy heat wraps...this is a smiley one.
