“Order for sister gift, the wrap is missing filling in several of the channels. Would return but past date to do so, mayerial is nice but for the price, they need to fill each of the channels with warming material. Very disappointed.”
“Very soft and comfortable and really 'hugs' the neck and shoulder area. The wrap does release tension and is very relaxing. I just wish it was a little longer in the back so it could also reach between my shoulder blades, which is where I also hold a lot of tension. But it is a great product and I recommend it!!”
