“The only thing I would change is, the channels should be completely sewn. The contents shift badly and have to be shaken back into place before use. Other than that, this is a fabulous invention. It stays in place no matter what I'm doing!”
“I have no idea what these bad reviewers are talking about. This thing is amazing!! I love it. Smells great and it heat fine in the microwave. You're not going to find a non electric heating pad or wrap that holds heat more than 20 or 30 minutes. I'd you need more, get an electric heating pad. The weight of this feels great and whose using this while walking around ?? Makes no sense . Prop yourself up in a chair or relax in the bed and throw this wrap on. Feels amazing . Hits me right on the traps and shoulder blades and upper neck. I love it. I'm glad I went for it and ignored the negative reviews. I've only tried it with heat. Il write another review after I freeze it . The beads don't move but I'm also laying or sitting upright with it on”
“My neck is fused and a source of constant discomfort. I didn't think this will work but as it was a gift from my wife I tried it. I'm very happy I did. The warmth is evenly spread, it had a nice scent unlike most products I've tried before, and it sits well on the shoulders. The design helps the neck and tight shoulder muscles. It is very effective and easy to use at home. Highly recommended well made product, and excellent experience as always with Amazon.”
