“Kinda silly looking but I love it and have used it multiple times daily. Takes about 3.5 min to heat up. Stays warm for ten min or so. Heavy. Nice smell. Feels really good and soothing on achy necks and shoulders, especially in the winter.”

Weight is also comfortable - not too heavy. Really like the aromatherapy. Not overpowering, but relaxing. I've been fighting arthritis in my neck for a while now, and this product gives me relief.”
“The wrap is heavy and covers neck and shoulders - all of that is great. But I'm hardly smelling any aroma. I have to really breathe in hard to get even a whiff of aroma (which traces out to be quite nice otherwise, and not like the something another reviewer 'couldn't stand'). But then this is just a hot wrap, no aromatherapy for me. And not worth the $36 I paid.”
