“I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to write one here because I am so disappointed in this product. My old rice filled neck wrap was awesome, it had been in my family for 30 years but unfortunately I recently burnt it to a crisp. This neck wrap has many great characteristics - it's a great weight, the plush covering is soft and it smells amazing. However, when the product is worn, the filling in the shoulder/upper back part all falls to the bottom of the product. One of the main areas that is sore on my body are my trapezius and scalene muscles that connect my neck to my shoulders. However there is no filling in this area when I wear this product! I feel great warmth at my neck and down in between my shoulder blades but very little in the trap area. This is a design flaw since a simple line of stitching across the back portion of the product would solve this problem. If you fix this problem this product would be perfection. l will definitely be returning the product - and will continue my search for the perfect one.”
“I had to end up ordering another Huggaroo Neck Wrap because my daughter kept 'borrowing' mine while she did her homework! It is great to use after swim practice when her shoulders and neck are a bit tired. We love to pop it into the microwave for a minute or two (checking on it in between heatings) to warm it up on cold Winter days. We love it!!!”
