“The fur is snuggly and it wraps well around my neck. BUT the beads settle together at the bottom of each section, making the heat spotty, it doesn't hold heat very long, and worst of all, the beads leak. I will be returning it and purchasing another product!”
“Purchased these for my aunt and mom who both have aches and pains and suffer with arthritis. I liked the fact that it wasn't electical(for safety), and that it was both hot and cold. They arrived on time and beautifully packaged. I had ordered an additional one for myself and my husband used it on one of those cold days we had last week just to take the chill off, and he loved it!! The fragrance is very subtle may have to order another for myself!”
