“I have neck arthritis and needed a wrap that goes up my neck - this fits the bill perfect. Replacing another brand that I have had since forever. Soft and covers all the area that I have issues with. Could not be happier. Stays warm as long as similar products.”
“Most of the weight falls naturally toward the bottom hem. Great for that portion of you upper back. If you're looking for something to provide the same amount of heat and pressure on the neck and shoulders......this isn't it. I pulled it up as far as I could to feel what I needed on the neck and shoulders but the heat didn't feel the same because most of the weight settles toward the bottom. This isn't a bad item, but the areas that I most needed it for is where I found it lacking. Just feel that for the price, it was a miss. Will buy a neck wrap like I had before which was a lot less. Guess for most people I know, I wouldn't suggest this item.”
