“This is one of the best things I have ever spent money on. I suffer from chronic pain and arthritis and I have been looking for something that I can get hot that will wrap around my neck for a long time. Well my search is over! This fabric is so incredibly soft and it smells so good when you heat it up. It sits comfortably on my neck and shoulders and finally provides me with the relief I have been needing. I might add a safety pin to the front of it to keep it on but I think this is only an issue if you aren't sitting still relaxing which I would recommend if you are in pain! I'm so happy I found this. It's a really high quality product that comes in a nice box and the fabric is a lot nicer than what the picture looks like. Can't beat the price either. I also like that you can move the filling around to adjust where it is on your back but the filling in the neck part is nice and full so it covers your neck and provides good heat.”
