“Doesn't work for the restless sleeper. He just rolled right out from under it. I even did the higher end of weight for his body size. No sleep changes have been seen in the past month. Blanket is very soft but I noticed I have to retie the weighted blanket to the blue outer blanket frequently.”
“I bought this blanket to use as a lap blanket on cold winter evenings. It is the perfect size! I like the weight on my lap snd it holds up to my german shepards who think they are lap dogs. Hmmm, maybe i need a huggaroo for them!”
“This is the first weighted blanket I purchased (I have since bought three more). I bought it for my 8-year-old hoping it would help him sleep better at night. Spoiler alert: it works, he loves it, and it helps him fall asleep and stay asleep. Pros: Washable Cover The Huggaroo weighted blanket comes with a washable cover which to me is essential in a weighted blanket, especially for one you plan to use for a child. Good distribution of beads. This, I would say, is as important as having a washable cover. Without a good distribution of beads, the blanked loses much of its usefulness in applying pressure to the body. It is annoying at best and renders the blanket useless at worst. Price. I bought this for $89. I realize $89 isn't exactly pocket change, but this is a quality blanket and assuming you are buying this for a child who would benefit from a weighted blanket, it is well worth the price. I am 100% happy with this product.”
“This blanket's blue cover does leave blue fuzz, but the inner part where the beads are sewn into squares is very well made...but the best thing about buying a Huggaroo blanket is their customer service, it is top notch, best I have ever experienced! I will definitely buy another blanket from Huggaroo, next time will get a larger one with minky cover.”
