“Great water jug. I love That the straw is concealed, nice slick design. And it holds ice for hours. Never have an issue with my drink getting warm. Doesn't leak, seals nice when closed. Love the rubber bottom as well, keeps it from sliding on surfaces and you don't have to be as careful if you sit it down on a glass table or something. Only issue, and this is nitpicking, the handle can kind of get in way when closing the lid since it folds back under the handle. Not a huge issue, just a little something that they could maybe find a solution for.”
“I love that this keeps water cold for 24+ hours. I fill this with ice every other day, and it stays ice! The paint chips, scuffs, scratches very easily. Also, I do not like that Hydrojug changed their warranty and quit sending replacements when the jugs paint chipped off. In my opinion, for the price of the jug, there should be a good warranty. I have multiple jugs but likely won't purchase anymore, since I learned of the warranty changes.
This is WAY better than the plastic jugs, don't waste your money on the plastic ones; they don't keep ice or water cold for very long at all.”
“Love the jug but....Shipping took forever and it wasn't clear that an external straw wasn't included and needed to be purchased separately. Now I have to pay for shipping again and wait another two weeks (if shipping is the same). It'll be about a month before I'm using my jug... I understand shipping can be out of the company's control and I could've clarified the straw situation beforehand.... but kind of turned off. Rating based on experience prior to using the product.”
