“Needed a new lid. Ordered travelor in November as a black Friday deal. 4 months later the swivel ball broke at the drinking straw. Dont know why, it just happened. All of our other travelers are fine”
“Our dog ran by the table and knocked off our HydroJug. Of course the straw lid was up. It fell over and broke. I tried to fix it but it was unfixable. I contacted Customer Support and let them know what happened and sent a picture. They were very nice and gladly shipped out a new lid for us.
Thankfully the HydroJug Traveler is back to new.”
