“This lid is pretty tough I have dropped it a couple of times and never had any problems. However, falling out of the back of a suv trunk right on the pull tab to pull the straw up did not survive. It was probably a fluke but the drop managed to break the straw part in half. I was not happy but I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement for free!!…overall great service reliable and leak proof lid/straw combo”

“Not able to clean it properly even if I only use water the lid will end up molding without ways to get it apart to properly clean it. Waste of money that's the second lid for the cup I bought and and unfortunately I had bought another cup for a Christmas present but hydrojug won't allow a returnrefund.”
