“I am a little disappointed as I have a Hydrojug that I have had less than a year and it is no longer keeping things cold or holding ice for more than 3-4 hours. I was hoping purchasing a new lid would solve this but it has not. I do not have any dents on my cup or anything else that would cause this to happen. This was a Mother's day gift from my daughter last year (2024).”
