“The traveler itself is an incredible product, I love the quality, color and design. Regrettably I deducted 2 stars because the lid is SO PRONE to mold :,( the customer service has been exceptional about replacing any molded lids so at the very least they are very accommodating; however, we really need a re-designed lid! i love the leak proof feature, but to be honest, a lid being free of mold/easy to clean thoroughly is more important than being spill proof.”
