“After just a few uses and no drops, I noticed that there was a hole somewhere in the seal inside the tumbler because when I put liquids in it bubbles will leak out the side near the seal. When the inside of the tumbler is empty, I can hear liquid between the inside and outside of the tumbler. I'll have to toss it since there is no way to make sure that this is clean.”
“This shaker is a good size for my drinks. The quality is great, but you have to make sure that you push down on the shaker lid until you hear click before you start shaking. It can be a little tough at first. Overall great purchase.”
“The straw broke within two uses. Customer service was no help and would not allow a return of the 2 other, unopened, bottles I had without an additional fee. Poor quality and poor customer service. I will never buy anything from Hydrojug again.”
