“I received my package on 323, only to learn that one of the shaker tops were broken. I reached out to customer service on 330 with pictures of the broken top and was told on March 31st that a replacement lid would be sent. As of 422, we still have not received the lid - not even a tracking number. Super disappointed in the level of service considering I'm getting spam emails from you guys for a product I purchased and cannot use.”
