“The cups in general are really nice cups and are spill proof. I like the different lids. They don't stay cold though, even with a sleeve. Whatever you mix up, you'll want to drink it fast. I should have gotten stainless steel ones. I did buy a stainless steel half gallon jug and I take that every day out with me. I've stays a couple days in that but the cups, nope.”

The inside of the cup has the ounces shown so you can fill or keep track accordingly. The changeable lids make these perfect for many occasions which was was the biggest selling point for me. “Disappointed in my purchase. My flip top lid leaks from the side. I have to twist the living crap of it from the side for it to not but then it's insanely hard to open. Im a normal able bodied person. The cup doesn't keep beverages cold for a long enough period of time. Maybe I was expecting too much from this product.”
