“The straw broke within two uses. Customer service was no help and would not allow a return of the 2 other, unopened, bottles I had without an additional fee. Poor quality and poor customer service. I will never buy anything from Hydrojug again.”
“Doesn't keep liquids cold and the bottle leaks if you don't tighten the lid super tight. But nice if you want a regular shaker cup - just don't put it somewhere it can spill”
“I like how the bottle looks and the size of it. I don't use the straw lid very often. The shaker feature works great. The lid does leak on occasion. I've checked the seal and tightened it. Overall it's just ok. I probably would not purchase another one.”
