“I accidentally ordered the traveler cup instead of the sport. Upon realizing I reached out to customer support and they basically told me there was nothing they could do to swap out my order for the cup I actually wanted and I’d have to wait until I received it and then do a return. My cup didn’t arrive for about 2 weeks after they told me this and going through the process to return it is a hassle now. Cup is a super cute design but I still don’t actually have it and am waiting for my refund for the return I started 6 days ago.”
