“This one is leaking a little around the straw mechanism when closed. I reached out to customer service and they want a video. I understand their request and why but it takes a lot of my time to email back and forth, make a video and submit and wait just to prove you’re not lying. I waited almost 10 days to get the two travelers and a lot of money. This is slightly ridiculous. What happened to customer service?? Jeez, I’ll just purchase a new lid and straw rather than wait and wait all while not being able to use it!”
