“This one is leaking a little around the straw mechanism when closed. I reached out to customer service and they want a video. I understand their request and why but it takes a lot of my time to email back and forth, make a video and submit and wait just to prove you’re not lying. I waited almost 10 days to get the two travelers and a lot of money. This is slightly ridiculous. What happened to customer service?? Jeez, I’ll just purchase a new lid and straw rather than wait and wait all while not being able to use it!”
“The water bottle is very cute and does not leak, HOWEVER the lid gets stuck so bad it takes SO LONG trying to unscrew it. Even my boyfriend and dad have a such a hard struggle getting the lid off and it is extremely frustrating. I am about to return it if I can just cause of this issue.”
“Absolutely gorgeous. This is my first cup and let me tell you I am so pleased. I can keep ice in my cup for more than 24hrs and then my water is still cold for hours after that. I was so excited it i dropped it and dinged it straight out of the box lol. Excited to see new colors and patterns.”
