“Now that I have a working mug, I love it. Customer service is inconsistent and wastes tons of time if you do have a problem. I bought one of these at a physical store. It was faulty and didn't vent properly to be able to use the straw to drink without releasing pressure and partially open (untwist) lid. I called and they explained the defect. At that point I had thrown own my receipt but they told me it wasn't a problem and to fill out the form they would email. Never received the email. Did the online chat which turned to email. It was a total waste of time and I ended up buying a replacement through the online store. So, the warranty isn't worth much unless you keep a receipt long term for all items you purchase.”
