“I own two hydro jugs but this one I believe came defected. Every time I unscrew the lid, for a refill, it gets stuck/jammed and impossible to open. Very frustrating! I have to use scissors to pop lid open and being a teacher, I just don’t have time for that. The color is cute though .”
