“I bought this as a gift for my best friend. I was pleasantly surprised when she received it and didn’t know who it was from. There was no gift option so I figured she would get a packing slip with the order and pricing information. However, I didn’t like the engraving that ended up being vertical on her 20oz hydro jug. When I placed the order it never specified or gave me the option to choose how it would be displayed. It’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. She loves her gift tho. All in all it was a good purchase.”
“Love the cup and its very convenient. I absolutely love that it does not leak. However, drink does not stay cold for 24 as it claims. Ice melts fairly quick. Bummer.”
